Cold bending device for bitumen sheets
to determine the cold bending behaviour of bitumen sheets for roof waterproofing.
Bending unit for up to 5 samples 50 x 140 mm with adjustable support rods, driven by three-phase motors with jog mode for moving the bending rod to the sample. Closed cooling system with thermostatically controlled cooling bath with drain tap, for temperatures between +40° C and -40° C, adjustable to 0.5°C, made of stainless steel with stainless steel heating element, PT 100 temperature sensor at the height of the sample. Circulation pump for even temperature control of the bath liquid. Digital display with indication of the target/actual temperature.

Cooling time approx. 90 min from +20° C to -40° C
