    Universal compression testing machine 100kN / 10kN
Interchangeable with force transducer 100kN and force transducer 10kN
    Feed controlled
Feed rate adjustable via coding switch from 0.01mm/min. to 50.99mm/min.
Force display via force-displacement digital display with RS232. Accuracy 0.1%
    Printing frame in 2-column design.
Drive with stepper motor and ball screw preloaded in the compression direction without play.
Press stroke limited with limit switch to protect the drive spindle.
    Total press stroke 200mm
    Overload limitation with press shutdown.
Test chamber height up to 400mm / Variable by screw-in force measuring extensions (50mm + 100mm)
    Clear width between columns 380mm
Pressure plate ø280mm / hardened, ground and nickel-plated
Dial indicator holder adjustable mounted on a column.

The machine is operated directly on the machine and can therefore be used without the use of a PC. An interface is provided to display the force and displacement values, which also has a computer interface for data transfer. The interface has control elements for friction lock detection for automatically resetting the displacement measurement in the event of friction lock, as well as a maximum value memory for the force in the event of sample breakage.
The measuring range with feed and force control is suitable for almost all tests in the areas of asphalt and soil mechanics, such as HGT, uniaxial, edometer, Marshall, core and splitting tension.
